Pricing: 15,- Euro per copy plus shipping & handling fee for orders in Germany: 4,- Euro, DHL package). For international orders prices for shipping can vary significantly, which is largely influenced by the current Corona pandemic. Once an international order has been placed we will discuss your preferred shipping modality with you. Should shipping and handling costs change within short notice, or if other additional costs such as customs for international deliveries apply, we will be in contact with you in order to discuss options. Please be aware that in the context of the current Corona pandemic prices for shipping can vary significantly and can be changed short notice by the respective shipping companies, and that sometimes some destinations might not be available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Ordering process: Please send your order request (incl. number of CD's, signed / not signed, full delivery address) via email to orders_TPSC@gmx.net. Please indicate if you wish to have the album signed by Florian (only) on the front cover of the Digipack. Also, if you have ordered more than one copy, please indicate how many items you would like to have signed. Please note that because of the current Corona pandemic situation no other signature options by other involved musicians are currently possible.

Payment & shipping: Detailed payment information will me emailed to you (PayPal) once your order has been received. Your order will be shipped once your payment has been received in total. A tracking number can be provided.

Returns policy: Only undamaged items can be returned and if they are originally sealed up to 15 days after having received the items. Be aware that signed items cannot be returned. Also, lost or damaged items will not be reimbursed. The shipping costs for returning items  are to be covered by the customer. The refund will be paid via PayPal once the undamaged and originally sealed items have been received.

Delivery time: Please allow 3-5 business days (Germany), and usually 10-12 business days are needed for international orders. Because of the current Corona pandemic situation delivery times may vary more than usual.
